Manaslu Rupina-La Pass Trek

Rupina La pass (4610m) is the wilderness and adventure trekking destination of Manaslu region. This trek starts from Gorkha bazaar after driving 6 hours from Kathmandu. We pass nice rice terrace. The waterfall is impressive. Typical houses and local people life style really touch your heart. This trek is geographically spectacular and culturally fascinating. Rupina la pass trekking is challenging trekking trial in Nepal. Rupina La pass is less touristy area of Nepal Himalayas lies on the Manaslu region. Rupinala pass trek was officially opened to tourist in 1991. The trek has all the elements of other treks in Nepal including Hindu and remote village, protected wildlife, rhododendrons and wild flowers, raging rivers, precarious bridges and stunning mountain scenery which is true adventure for visitors. The views of Manaslu (8163m), Peak 29 (7879m) Himal Chuli (7893m) and Boudha (6672m) are wonderful here. When we cross the interesting Rupina-La (4610m), then join with Larkya pass trek of Manaslu. We then back down via Jagat, Tatopani to Arukhat. You have to do fully camping trek.

Day 04: Trek to Nibel (700m).

Day 05: Trek to Chanaute (650m).

Day 06: Trek to Mandre Khola (1200m).

Day 07: Trek to Barpak (1900m).

Day 08: Trek to Panga Chhahara (2110m).

Day 09: Trek to Bhendi Goth (2600m).

Day 10: Trek to Rusi Camp (3100m).

Day 11: Trek to Rupina La Phedi (base camp-1200m).

Day 12: Trek to Jarang (3400m) after crossing Rupina La pass 4643m.

Day 13: Trek to Nyak (2350m).

Day 14: Trek to Ghap (2380m).

Day 15: Trek to Namrung (2550m).

Day 16: Trek to Lho (3180m).

Day 17: Trek to Sama Gaon (Gompa-3350m).

Day 18: Acclimatization day at Sama Gaon and explore Birendra Lake and monasteries.

Day 19: Trek to Samdo (3780m).

Day 20: Trek to Larkya La Phedi (Bazaar-4390m).

Day 21: Trek to Bhimtang (3630m) after crossing Larkya La pass-5213m.

Day 22: Trek to Tilje (2250m).

Day 23: Trek to Tal (1680m).

Day 24: Trek to Syange (1100m) 4 to 5 hrs and drive to Besisahar (820m) 2hrs.

Day 25: Drive from Besisahar to Kathmandu.

Day 26: Free day in Kathmandu for your own activities.

Day 27: Final Departure.
